Service Agreement
Graduate, English Online, Co. (www.englishonlinegraduate.com)
Agreement & Authorization to commence Online Virtual Classroom Lessons
1. Payment Terms
Client hereby agrees to pay Graduate, English Online, Co. (www.englishonlinegraduate.com) for all teaching, lessons performed.
2. Use of Lesson Area and other materials All lesson materials, downloads and use of lesson area are free for the client.
3.Skype and other student tools
Client is responsible to set up skype and other learning tools needed, such as pc or computer, and webcam. English Online Graduate will give any help needed with setting up skype.
4. Demonstration and Consultation
English Online Graduate offers a Free demonstration and consultation. Classes may commence once client is confident in getting the right curriculum and feels comfortable with studying online with English Online Graduate.
5. Agreement & Termination (Refunds)
In case Client may cancel entire scheduled lessons, Refunds are given for canceled lessons, which have not yet been taught. No refunds are given for lessons already taught.
6. Re-scheduling Lesson
Client may re-schedule lessons, providing at least 1 day (24 hours) notice.
7. Place of Lessons
All Lessons are done and taught online, with video conferencing and lesson area.
8. Period of Lessons
Each lesson is 50 minutes in length.
9. Non-Infringement
When using the lesson area, and client places content or images within this area, it is the Client’s responsibility to verify that all graphics, trademarks and/or text within, is legally owned by Client, or that Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use. Client will hold harmless, protect, and defend Graduate, English Online, Co. (www.englishonlinegraduate.com) from any liability or suit arising from improper use of such elements.
10. Choice of Law
Any dispute arising from this Agreement, including, without limitation, a breach of this Agreement, shall be governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Client is responsible to pay legal expenses for dispute resolution. Client and Graduate, English Online, Co. (www.englishonlinegraduate.com) agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of and consent to exclusive venue in Nova Scotia, Canada.
11.Confidentiality
All information provided by the client for the purpose of receiving Lessons through Graduate, English Online, Co. (www.englishonlinegraduate.com) will be used for lesson purposes only. Client information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without client’s consent. Client’s private information will be deleted from Graduate, English Online, Co. (www.englishonlinegraduate.com) servers once lessons have stopped.
